Teen Patti compares three-card hands, with betting actions around the deal. Learn the ranking order and confirm any variant rules before considering stakes; bluffing cannot control which cards you receive.
How the Main Pot Is Decided
The strongest remaining hand normally takes the pot at a completed comparison, while other players may leave earlier. Check blind, seen and showdown rules rather than relying on hand strength alone.
Read the Ranking from Strongest Downward
- Three matching ranks: A trail groups three equal ranks, such as A-A-A. Check the table’s tie-breaking order.
- Same-suit consecutive ranks: A pure sequence combines a run with one suit; verify Ace-high and Ace-low exceptions.
- A mixed-suit run: Consecutive ranks from more than one suit form a sequence, for example A♠, K♥ and Q♦.
- One suit without a run: A flush has three cards of one suit that do not form consecutive ranks.
- Two equal ranks: A pair is compared by its matching rank and then the remaining card when needed. Confirm exact tie rules.
- No higher combination: Use the ranked individual cards when no pair, flush or sequence is present.
